1. MAKE THE SWITCH

As we say good bye to summer it’s time to switch your products to hydration boosting products, to keep your skin from drying out and losing its lustre.

2. THE GLOW

We look great in the summer because we’re taking in more fluids and getting more exercise outside, which gives us that radiant glow. Don’t let this slip just because winter is here, keep drinking plenty of water and exercise regularly.

3. HEAT

We all love to turn the temperature up in the shower in the cold winter months, but as tempting as it might be: don’t. Hot water is dehydrating to your skin.

4. EXFOLIATE

The more dead skin cells that sit on top of your skin, the less luminous you look. Exfoliating all year round helps to reveal brighter, younger skin cells that not only give a glow, but help speed up the epidermic turnover, thus reversing the ageing process.

5. LIFESTYLE

Your lifestyle plays a major role in maintaining a good complexion. Good diet and regular exercise are key to maintaining a good complexion.
