At www.simontherapie.com we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you as quickly, safely and cost effectively as possible. We achieve this by offering all of our mainland UK customers the same premium service at the lowest possible cost due to the quantity of business we place with our chosen couriers.
We endeavour to deliver all orders that are placed before 12pm on the next business day. Please note, however, that the delivery of your order may be restricted depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package. Other factors such as weather and mechanical difficulties can also result in later deliveries.
If the delivery address is different to the billing address then we may have to run further checks to ensure your credit card security, this may result in longer delivery times.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
- The item you have chosen is in stock .
- The delivery address has been verified.
- Payment has been approved.
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with your shipping reference number. Where an item is not in stock, we will advise you of the anticipated time for delivery (if such item will be available in future).
Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses.
Delivery charges Delivery to UK and Northern Ireland is free of charge.

All in-stock items will be with you within 3 to 5 working days, during busy periods delivery may take a little longer.
We are able to deliver most items all over the world. Depending on your location, International delivery takes between 3 -7 working days.
You will receive your shipping reference number by email and a signature will be required upon receipt. www.simontherapie.com is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries.
You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs or sales tax which has to be paid before you may receive your goods.

Out of stock items
Anything that is temporarily out of stock can be kept on backorder for you, and will be sent to you as soon as it is back in stock – you can email us on email@example.com if you have a specific enquiry.
If you are not satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a full refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used.
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will, however, send our exchange back out to you at no extra charge.
To return any products to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise that you would like to arrange a return or exchange. In the subject heading please state RETURN or EXCHANGE whichever is appropriate.
If you are making an exchange, please give details of the item you wish to receive in exchange, i.e. item name. Exchanges are made subject to stock availability.
Within 48 hours you will receive confirmation of your request and a returns number.
Please print this email and enclose it in the parcel along with a copy of your receipt.
Please ensure the packaging you use to return the item to us is suitable for dispatch.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavor to process this as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
